Warranty

Our beautiful designed gifts have been manufactured to the highest quality.

Whilst we check every item before it is shipped out, however If you do find any manufacturing defects, we apologise. Please contact us so we can resolve this for you at hello@amnisgifts.com and provide your order number and photos of the issues being reported.

To make a claim we require a proof of purchase. Once we receive your claim, we will assess the defect and contact you to advice of next steps. This process can take 5-10 working days and updates via email will be supplied. 

What is covered?

Defect in workmanship or manufacturing faults. Should this be the case, we will try to replace the item with a stocked item but in some cases, a refund may be issued.

What is NOT covered? 

  • Accidental damage including improper handling, scratches, cracks, chips, or normal wear and tear
  • Liquid damage: internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture. 
  • The warranty is void if a third party performs repair works or other works on our products without approval from Amnis Gifts.
